- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Deposits/retainers may be required to reserve a project window.
- Cancellations after work begins may incur fees for time/materials spent.
- Custom or special-order items are non-refundable once purchased.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely information, access, and approvals necessary to complete the project. Delays in decisions may shift timelines and could affect pricing.
4. Intellectual Property
Design concepts, plans, and materials we create remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, you receive a non-transferable license to use final deliverables for your personal, non-commercial use within the project site.
5. Third-Party Vendors
We may recommend vendors or products. We are not responsible for third-party delays, defects, warranties, shipping, or installation performed by others.
6. Site Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access systems without authorization, or interfere with the Site’s operation. Content on the Site is provided “as is” for general information only.
